Carers are people who provide care and support to family members, other relatives, friends and neighbours. The people they care for may be affected by disability, physical or mental health issues (often long-term), frailty, substance misuse or some other condition. The Carers Centre provides information and support to carers of all ages living in Falkirk district and Clackmannanshire.
External Link Icon Daylight: Digital Therapeutic Intervention for Anxiety and Worry
Daylight is an evidenced based digital therapy programme which is targeted towards those with difficulties related to anxiety and worry. It uses a cognitive behavioural therapy approach, targeting unhelpful behaviours and thought patterns for those experiencing anxiety. The programme helps to reduce these worry and anxiety symptoms. Its for 18+ so really a support for our parents!
